BFF 2026 Visual
Identity Revealed

This year's visual identity draws its inspiration directly from Supetar itself — from the summer cinema that each August fills with film lovers, islanders, and visitors from across the world. At the heart of BFF 2026's identity is a place: the open-air cinema on the Riva, and the community that gathers around it.

The visual was created by Swedish graphic designer and illustrator Alma Heilborn, in collaboration with festival creative director Voja Lepojević. Working together, they developed two versions of the 2026 identity — a day edition that captures the warmth and bustle of island life under the August sun, and a night edition that transforms the same view into something altogether different: a cinema town lit from within, where the projector's beam sweeps across the rooftops of Supetar.

Both versions are illustrated bird's-eye views of the town, mapping the festival's geography — from the main screen to the library courtyard, from the Riva to the festival bar — as a living, breathing place that belongs equally to those who live here and those who come to visit.
