A Summer Holiday That Changes Everything

Nina and Vita are sisters spending another lazy summer on the island. The days unfold slowly — swims, heat, old routines — until a car accident on an empty road shatters the stillness and forces both of them to see each other clearly for the first time.

Directed by Mia Bujan and Dorotea Ilečić Šever, Ljeto iza nas is a quietly observed coming-of-age story that finds its power in what is left unsaid. The island summer becomes a pressure cooker, and the accident a hinge — before and after.
